    Article Summary

    Goal

To approve a message from an author and start sendout of the message.

    Background Information

Message moderation is an approval process for emails. The author lacks the right to send a message directly. Instead, the author sends a review request to an approvers list. All members on the list of approvers receive the message. The approver who reacts first can approve or reject the message. Based on the approver's decision, Mapp Engage starts the sendout or changes the status of the message to rejected.

Message moderation can be carried out via email or in the system.

    Prerequisites

    • The approver is added to a list of approvers.

    • The approver is on the list of approvers assigned to the group selected for sendout.

    Procedure

    2. Check the email to decide if you want to approve the message. The message that requires approval is attached to the system message.
